Sawt Al-Nojoom — Live Talent Show Scoring Platform
A real-time judging and audience voting platform for a live stage competition, built so results stay fair, locked and auditable across a whole season.
Challenge
A live singing competition needed fair, tamper-proof scoring: 3 judges across 3 categories plus an audience vote, no duplicate votes, no leaked results, and a season leaderboard, all on shared hosting.
What I did

Built a Laravel app with weighted judge/audience scoring (60/40 by default, adjustable without rewriting past results), one vote per device, passcodes, score locking with an audit log, live stage screens, an admin control room, server-enforced judge categories and a season leaderboard with tie-breakers.

Tuned it for heavy live traffic with caching and indexes.
