Rebuilt a care facility's site as a modern premium site and made sure its wording, privacy notices and enquiry forms actually work for a non-medical facility.
Challenge
Medical wording was a compliance risk for a non-medical care facility, and the enquiry forms were quietly broken.
What I did

Rebuilt the site, replaced 19 medical terms, added a CCPA cookie banner, and fixed 47 form fields that would have sent leads in blank.
